Hi - I started a return for a toothbrush head pack that i purchased. It doesn't fit the toothbrush - even though it's the right product (so I'm assuming it's a fake). I started the return procedure and the first reason for return was "doesn't fit" which I clicked because it was a true statement. Never having returned this product on ebay before, I was unaware that this reason involved me having to pay for the return - which isn't right - because the product is not fit for purpose - I'm now assuming "doesn't fit" relates to clothing. There were only 3 options visible - although I did see a button to click for more - but because the first response was correct i clicked it. Is there anyway to stop the return process and try again, without getting eBay involved. Thanks
