I have escalated a dispute with a seller due to the fact that I haven't received my order and the the tracking was idle the entire time until I requested a refund. The very next day, the package was marked as delivered on the website. I haven't received it. I've been at a standstill with the seller who said it was between me and the mail carrier. I finally asked PayPal to intervene. I then received an email from the seller saying that I can get another replacement (it was supposed to be for Christmas) shipment IF I get a signed and sealed document from my post office stating that my package was NOT delivered. Then I need to close my dispute from paypal. This post office thing is a lot of work for me. And why is it MY issue? Can they contact me privately like that? Sorry for the long drawn out story, it's all so strange.
