hi, i have added a new bank account 2 weeks ago to paypal, set it as a preferred account. my old account , when i go to remove it, i get this message ....We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later ..... understand about transactions going through etc, but the new account has been active for 10 plus days now and nothing is coming out of it. both accounts are confirmed. i cannot find a u.k. paypal number. please help. thanks regards sharon
