I will keep this as short as I can. I do not use PayPal frequently. After a year or longer of not using PayPal, I decided to sell a few items on Ebay. I sold maybe for items that accrued a total of a few more than $3,000. The first sale was on early December, so the money was told to me through PayPal that it would be available by 24th of December or so. A few days before the money was available, I got and email saying my account has been permanently limited. I've been trying to resolve this issue ever since. I have tried it their way of going through the resolution center, and once I even try to make a case, it simply launches me to a page saying my account is permanently limit and gives me no other option. So, I try calling customer service, and I simply get told by an automated voice that my account has been permanently limited, an once again gives me not a single follow-up option. I'm trying my best to restrain my frustration, but it seems PayPal make it deliberately difficult to get a hold of them when the customers money is at stake.
