So I sent $400 to someone but two transactions for that amount were deducted from my checking. Paypal activity shows only one transaction. Recipient only received $400. Went to bank and received $400 credit but they reported it as fraud instead of bank error, resulting in-$400 in recipient's account. Went to bank again and received $400 credit again , but it resulted in $400 deducted from my Paypal account. Resolution center states I initiated fraud claim and claim was successful. My bank is saying Paypal is at fault. I can't get them on the phone, nor contact them via resolution center because both disputes were closed. I can't tell if my messages are being received via messaging. Do you think if I start a dispute under a different transaction and then reference the problem I am having with supporting documents they will know which transaction I am referring to or they automatically dispute the transaction from the new dispute? Thanks in advance
