So I recently ordered 2 pair of shoes off of a site that has PayPal protection and the two sellers that I was buying off of turned out to be scams and even had their accounts banned. I did not receive my packages so I filed the dispute with PayPal as "unauthorized transactions" which I thought was the right way to do it but the case was then closed because "unauthorized transaction" would mean someone logged into my account. What I really meant to file my dispute as was "item not received" and it does not let me reopen another dispute. What can I do?
