I have exceeded a specific amount and now I need to verify my personal information because my account has become "limited" now(not able to send money), but the application does not move forward Basically, the website does not let me edit the application as it bounces me back. I’ve successfully filled the account holder info and the financial verification says is still in progress, as I’ve inserted my card info and been waiting for one week. I thought maybe I should add my bank account info along with the card info but the system does not let me… Detailed route I take: —I click “Resolve Account Issue”, it says "Your account access is temporarily limited" … —I click on “Confirm Your Information: RESOLVE”. —The page says “We need a bit more info. We couldn’t confirm all the info you provided.”. —The account holder section says “Verification successful” with a green tick symbol next to it. —The second section named “Financial account verification” says “Confirmation in Progress” also with a green tick symbol next to it. I’ve connected my card to the “Financial account verification” but it’s been more than a week that it says “Confirmation in Progress”, but now on top it says “We need a bit more info. We couldn’t confirm all the info you provided.”. —I am thinking that maybe they need more than just card, so i will go and connect the bank account as well, not merely the card. —I click “Edit Application”. It bounces me to a page with the title “Let’s complete your personal info”. All my info in that page is correctly already filled from my previous tries, therefore I click “Next” and the system bounces me back to the page with the title “We need a bit more info” where the two sections are there again “Account Holder” and “Financial account verification”. How am I supposed to proceed when the system does not let me move to the next page?
