I recently ordered something online, item was not shipped on time and seller offered to cancel the order luckily as I had left the country. However I am now discovering I was refunded 150 SEK less than I paid by PayPal - euro amount is the same. As the order was cancelled I would expect to receive the same amount. Looking into the Paypal conversion rates however I can see they are not equal in both directions. 1 EURO = 9.73 SEK but 9.73 SEK = 0.93 EURO Why is this? This must be why I am 150 SEK short (more or less the equivalent of 15 euro) Can this be rectified? Thanks for help!
