I feel like I've exhausted every option at this point and after waiting on hold today for over and hour just to be hung up on by a live agent I am beyond frustrated. Basically I purchased an item using PayPal back in November. The item I received did not match the description at all so first I contacted the seller. They did not respond so eventually I opened a PayPal dispute. After another week of no response I escalated the claim. They did eventually offer me a refund once the item is returned. I did not feel like I should have to pay return shipping cost so I ended up finding an option on PayPal for a return shipping refund up to 30$. I saw under the return shipping terms and conditions an option for free fedex return shipping label, but no apparent way to print the label so I needed help. The operator on the phone didn't know about that service and put me on a 20 minute hold while she looked for a supervisor. Eventually she just hung up on me. I'm waiting on another call back but now the wait time is over an hour. How do I print the free fedex shipping label? Also how do I know where to ship the package back to as nobody is able to provide a return shipping address? I could just sent the package back to the address it was sent from but I would confirm that.
