Hi, I have a PayPal account in the UK under my email address. I have since moved to Hong Kong and recently tried to use my UK PayPal account for shopping, as I still have funds in there. However, I am unable to logon to my UK PayPal account. The reason is that I am prompted to have Paypal send a text or have PayPal call me for authentication purposes on the UK phone number I used to setup the account. I no longer hold this phone number and hence my PayPal account including funds in there is not accessible to me any longer. I have tried to find a means to contact PayPal to authenticate and ID me in a different way, however, I have not yet been able to do so, since this forum appears to be the only way. Appreciate if you have any recommendations on how to either solve the issue or alternatively suggest a way or method to contact PayPal somehow to assist in finding alternative way for ID and change my phone number to reactivate my account.
