Long story short I guessed I messed up and accepted a payment for an item in friends and family. The buyer then reported that transaction as fraud and PayPal took back the $330 out of my account. Should I be stunned that they are offering zero assistance to someone that has been with them since almost the beginning (20 years). I understand F&F provides zero help due to policy but I would think they’d wanted to help a long time customer somewhat instead of threatening they could close out my account technically for doing this. Also what can I do on my part, I have the buyers Facebook name and his license plate number off his vehicle. Is there anything I can do?
