@kernowlass, Thank you for your kind reply. Allow me to say that I did mot to hassle anyone in eBay. However, even if the buyer considered it as a hassle that does not excuse his dishonesty & his false unsubstantiated claim that the item is unusable simply for the following reasons: 1. He received it on the 2 of November & since then he never wrote to me saying that he was dissatisfied, or that the item was unusable or that he had any complaint for that matter. He simply ignored me for 44 days after receiving the item. Further since the item’s final delivery on the 2nd of November, the buyer did not make any complaint & never filed any claim against me either in eBay or in PayPal at all for at least 44 to 45 days! Of course he is not obliged to leave feedback (a policy which I find unjust & discriminatory against sellers who are obliged to leave feedback) but that does not justify his smearing attack & his false claims. When he requested a refund he did it via eBay & not PayPal & I declined via eBay. Now yesterday evening he filed a claim immediately in PayPal. He filed a complaint & within two hours the complaint escalated into a claim. I could mot avoid this escalation simply because of the time difference between Hawai & Greece. When he filed his PayPal complaint I was unavailable to respond due to the time difference.
