Thank you so much for your help. After seeing your reply, I called PayPal’s customer service and explained my situation stressing the fact that I believe that the seller is scamming people all over the U.S. with multiple online "stores” that take PayPal. The customer service agent listened to my complaint, gave me a full refund and said that I didn’t need to return the wigs. I do intend to file complaints with each agency that you sent me links to.
