I received a call from Paypal yesterday (I checked the caller ID) and was asked to provide the email address for my account (as I questioned her authenticity). I have three active accounts, yet they did not match the email address she required. I even gave her email addresses for closed accounts, yet still no match. She advised me to contact customer service for more details, but they have no staff to answer queries. I guess that I'll just tell her to not call again when she calls me back later today as it seems that there is no means to resolve this?
