Thank you for the reply and explanation. I'm not sure it was a mistake on my part as much as not seeing the solution in the dispute that matched what I needed and trying to pick the right one to go with and picking the wrong one. I finally was able to send Paypal a message and got one back the next day. They reopened the dispute with a different reason to match the one I have. Deceptive website, no confirmation of purchase and no way to contact the seller. I also contacted my CC company and opened a dispute along with cancelling the card. Let's see what happens. I want to cancel this transaction as I would not have done it if I had known the website was based in China as the current shipping and delays are astronomical. I also like to deal with American companies supporting American jobs when possible.
