What should I do to resolve a problem with Paypal? I had an active dispute and provided the shipping tracking number as requested. I got an email from paypal stating the tracking number had been forwarded to the vendor that I was returning the product to. I also got a reimbursement from paypal for return shipping after I provided the tracking number. Now, I received email notice from paypal that my dispute has been denied because I didn't provide the shipping tracking number!!! I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
