Hi, I have a second account and I can't log in! I've reset the password 2x. The error says it cannot confirm me but I have the emails saying the reset was successful. I cannot call because the account is English and I'm in the US. (No money for the call.) I don't know what to do to fix this because I can't access any help without logging in! Is there any way I can get a rep to help me via email? Please help!
