Hi all, I recently had unauthorised access to my account in which a payment was made without my consent. I contacted PayPal and was denied when I requested someone to look into this. I have been trying and trying to get through to someone to get this issue resolved, but as of yet, every time that I have the conversation gets cut off without any resolve. I am getting extremely impatient with this whole process and Paypal's supposed customer service. Does anyone have any advice that can help me with this, as all I want to do is get my money back and close my account.
