I had the same situation with that company but I got full refund from PayPal. If you still have the item they sent to you, take pictures and SS the email you got when you ordered which shows the item you purchased. Plus SS their return policy(it probably says you don't have to send it back when you receive wrong items), their website definitely has it even though they never follow it. Send all the pictures and SS's to PayPal with the problem you have with them. I got my money back within 24 hours in this way. Good luck.
