I hope someone can help my issue. I had ordered an item back in Oct 2020 and it was never received. The tracking said it was delivered but it must have been stolen. I've contacted the seller and they said they would send another a safer way. This time the tracking shows delivered again but at an address an hour away from where I live. So I have been trying to get my refund from PayPal and they have denied it because the tracking shows delivered! It seems no other way to contact PayPal and explain it was the wrong address! It is not my fault!! What or where can I go from here? How do I escalate this? This resolution site just goes in circles. Thanks for any help. Liana
