So I recently made an online purchase of $17.99USD for promotion services of a social media account(YouTube). Only half of the services I paid for were given to me. The site where I purchased the services is located at wbix.com I have on their contact us page tried to send a message to them to resolve this issue, the message failed to send. I then tried to email them and the email failed to deliver. I went to an online email verification site and it said the following: Risky, Failed to validate, a timeout occurred while verifying the existence of the mailbox. Retrying the validation may result in a definitive response. Like I said I clicked on pay with PayPal but entered another debit card, this was a card associated and linked to my PayPal personal account. It shows up on my transaction page of my other card but my PayPal activity page shows nothing. I have since canceled my old debit card I used.
