About two weeks ago, Paypal informed me that a payment could not be processed due to insufficient funds on the bank account connected with my PayPal. This was correct, there were indeed insufficient funds at the time I made the payment, which I've have since resolved and added sufficient funds. In Paypal's initial email, they stated that they would be trying multiple times to withdraw the fee from my bank account, and they have done so successfully. My bank statements are also confirming that I have paid this, and that Paypal has withdrawn the fee from my account. However, whenever I log in to my Paypal account, the dashboard still says that I have a negative balance, and that I need to add sufficient funds to resolve the issue, despite my bank statements confirming that the amount has already been written off by PayPal. Is this a bug in Paypal's system? I am not going to add sufficient funds, when PayPal has already written off the fee that was due. Because my account still allegedly has a negative balance; my account is limited in functionality, and essentially cannot use it to its full extent until this issue is resolved. It's been over a week now. Any assistance would be appreciated.
