Hi I reported a fraudulent transaction on my account with a poor response from the PayPal team. I followed this up with "so called" service provider that billed me and they confirmed it fraudulent with no record of any billing. I was given a reference number for the case which I shared with my bank. My credit account was debited with a full refund until a month when a full reversal of the refund occurred on my credit account. I contacted my bank and the service provider and both indicated that they never initiated this but it came from PayPal. Why did you reverse the refund? Now I cant call or message anyone at PayPal because no is available for the last 2 week. Let not waste each other's time, please give me back my refund. I have all reference numbers so let get this over and done asap. Thanks A
