I've seen this several times on PayPal and I've only been on their site about 3 hrs trying to deal with the same issue (different vendor). I wonder if we can come together with a class action lawsuit?

I can't charge the seller because PayPal won't let me charge an account with Chinese characters for the name. 😞 I think PayPal has a duty to their customers to have seller standards.

This sounds so familiar. Customers are trusting these sellers because the payments are processed through PayPal. It all seems very unethical and PayPal is big enough-- they should have standards for sellers. FWIW, from my experience credit cards and banks have much better customer service for these types of things.

OMG-- seriously??? I'm dealing with PayPal right now... I swear... I'm so disappointed. Given the brand name and how many site's they're on, I expected better. I really trusted the seller because the payments went through PayPal. Dummy me thought a big company like PayPal would have standards for sellers. Lesson learned. 😞

Yikes! You know there are other services like banks, Venmo, credit cards, etc that (in my experience) have much better customer service. Might be worth looking into other options given this community can't even figure out how to talk to a real person at PayPal.

Good luck with the resolution process. In my experience it takes weeks and PayPal is on the seller's side. You're probably better off just using a regular credit card in the future. My experience has been that regular credit cards have much better customer service than what I've experienced from PayPal. Good luck.

I can't help you, but know that you're not alone. My PayPal experience has been so frustrating. I recommend deleting your account before the emotional cost is higher than the money at risk. In my experience I've had much better customer service from credit cards, banks, Venmo, Zella, etc.
