I just moved into a new built home and Paypay refuses to recognize the address. The US Postal Service changed the Zip code allocation as of June and that has messed up everything. I have been trying for 4 days to use the message center and all keep getting is the same advice which isn’t working and I can’t get through on the phone at all. I have been hung up on 5 times now. How can I get help with this matter?
