I ordered the item in August and never received it. I contacted customer service that told me to wait, which I did. They provided initially a tracking number which didn't work. When I asked for a refund, I was told I could receive just half of the refund, just in case the item was lost. They said that the post could have lost it and they're not responsible?! So rude and unprofessional. I was expect a full refund as per distance selling laws in UK, so I started a case in the resolution centre of Paypal. After a couple of days they replies with another tracking number, which says I received the item back in October, but I didn't. Am I going to lose my money? I tried to call Paypal but no human to talk too.
