I ordered an item from one of those "sponsored ads" on Facebook, and got scammed (spent $50). Filed a dispute, and the seller offered a partial refund of $18. I refused that offer, and they are now offering me a full refund... but only if I ship the item back to China ($25 - $30 to ship). The item showed up with a broken piece as well, and even if I did end up shipping it back... I am worried that they would deny the refund completely because the item is broken (at which point I am out $75 - $80). I am trying to explain this through the claim in the Resolution Center, but I have nowhere to enter this information. The only option I now have is a tab to enter the tracking number. I am prepared to call PayPal on the phone, but thought I would come here first. TK
