I put in dispute for an item not received, the seller sent tracking number so paypal closed the dispute. It now turns out that tracking number was for a totally different item that was sent to somone else hundreds of miles away. I cannot open another dispute as it says dispute on the transaction is resolved! Is there anyway of sorting this, I have spent the last two days trying to speak to somone either online or the phone at paypal and have been driven nearly insane unable to speak to anyone apart from a robot! I apid £350 for an item that doesnt exist so its not a few pence ive lost.
