Hi, I am having a massive issue with account limitation, I have provided absolutely everything from ID, bank statement, Description on transaction, tracking info and have received my money but still have limitations preventing me from actually using my funds. I provided my tracking and everything was fine it said i would receive my money within a day, however now it tells me to provide tracking 'Again' - and when i go to do so it leaves me with "we cant find any recent transactions" and tells me to contact support with a reference number. what should i do? And what number can i actually call to speak to someone at paypal when I am in the United Kingdom , Thanks -Stoyan
