I've been on the phone for over an hour now with three different customer service reps and can't get an answer. I've been trying to use my Paypal key to purchase something online, and it was declined. The customer rep told me that it was declined because of a risk issue. I've been forwarded to different customer reps, and they couldn't help me. One of the agents told me to call <removed>, the prepaid master card customer service line, and they told me they didn't handle this and had no clue what the PayPal key is. Please help me, what number should I call?
