Hi, I changed of mobile phone and number a while ago and have not used my paypal account since. Now I cannot access my account at all, and it is very frustrating as the only option coming up to confirm my identity are by text message or call on my previous (defunct) number. I have been going around in circles, and I cannot even contact the helpdesk for that same reason! Can you please direct me to the best way to proceed to resolve this? Many thanks
