I agree, however in this case, I find it pretty sad that PayPal has so many complaints about the same company, the same story and it provides no warning to consumers or further investigation into this company that’s been doing this well over a year. It’s not PayPal’s fault per say, but they have had plenty of time and information to put a stop to transferring money from hardworking consumers to a company they are full aware will rip that person off. To me, that’s pretty sad and it’s just not right to let something like this go on. Would it really cost PayPal much to provide a popup window when a consumer is about to make a purchase and transfer funds to a company they have over a dozen complaints about. That could prompt a window that says “buyer beware: we have received several complaints about XXXXXXX company. We recommend you review this thread on our user discussion board before making this purchase. Do you still wish to make this purchase?” In my opinion, this would be the very LEAST PayPal could do; start a policy like this, when a company is flagged for complaints over a certain number of times” . I still feel PayPal is turning their backs on a scam and letting people lose money while they gain. Will keep you posted on any further updates I have!
