Hi not sure how I am going to get my items seeing that there were similar instances where the courier was at fault. I never received the item but the tracking id indicated that I did. It actually said that it was left in the letterbox and any responsible courier would not leave an item that cannot fit in a letterbox. Most of my larger items are left at my front door and usually I get an email or SMS that it has been delivered specially from the Post Office. So in other words we have no protection from irresponsible couriers. Pay Pal has been great when it comes to defective goods but maybe Pay pal could extend its services to deliveries as well. So be careful which courier you have for delivery.
