Can anyone please help me? i seem to be going round in circles and no one at PayPal seems to have a clue what they are doing. I have not used my account for a while and I have changed my number since i last used it. I have sold something on eBay and i know my login details. when i have logged in they are asking for me to confirm me identity with a code from a receive text. I cannot get any further to change my number. I have tried to speak on chat and they don't seem to have a clue as they keep sending me a link to reset my password. I need to get onto my account to change my phone number. can anyone help?
