Hi I have received the below email this morning, I sold something last week the girl paid me via PayPal, now the money has been taking out of my account today , when I rang PayPal I couldn’t get through to anyone just an automated system saying the buyer has requested this. I contacted the girl and she has advised she hasn’t requested this and she doesn’t have funds back in her account she also sent me screenshots of her account to . What do I do or how does this happen? We have completed our review of the case outlined below.
