Hello I had purchased item from ESTY, but never received the item so i emailed Esty. They said the seller was fraud and his account is closed. however, when i called the paypal costumer service i was prompted by computer/robot (:( annoying). Since it was my first claim and confuse with robot response. I ended choosing wrong option(choose unauthorized Payment) and hoping to get call from real paypal agent. But paypal send me email and closed my case. I am not able to reopen my case again and till today i am not able to talk or email real person, tried so many times to call and text to costumer service.. Its sucks, there is no help from Paypal. Anyone knows how to contact real paypal agent?
