Here I am with yet another case of an unscrupulous Chinese vendor in the past month having done a bait-and-switch, and refusing to give me a refund lest I return the merchandise. The problem is that they want me to pay to return the item and the postage to China exceeds the value of the item. It was THEIR mistake; so why should it cost me? It is the second time in the past month. It looks like the same vendor is using different websites. It is a SCAM. And as far as I can tell, PayPal is complicit in it. You should change your name to NO PAL, since you are 'no pal' to the consumers who expect you to watch out for them. To add insult to injury, when I try to "RESPOND" I am taken to a page where I cannot respond. In my frustration, I posted here.
