Hi there. I received notification for a charge via PayPal and was shocked. I never authorized the transaction, let alone knew about it. Not too long after, I received 2 emails for codes to change password. None of which I did. This prompted me to then immediately change my password and set up 2 step authentication. I immediately contacted my bank and they stopped the card I filled a dispute in the resolution center and was emailed about an hour or so after, from PayPal stating... "We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use. Based on our review, we found this transaction is consistent with your PayPal payment history." I don't know how they can complete a full review and investigation in an hour and I don't know what payment history they're seeing . The seller info is in Chinese characters...it's not even in English. I am now out $70+ Any help will be greatly appreciated.
