I really appreciate your response to my problem. However during the period of time that I was living abroad I didn’t use my PayPal account. The only problem right now that I am back home to Europe, is the fact that I no longer have the specific mobile number to verify my identity in order to be able to login and access my account and eventually update my information. Unfortunately I tried to call PayPal but due to covid their service is apparently very limited due to lack of personnel and the same applies online when contacting support via written message. I will keep trying to contact them.
