Upon purchase of the item, I have paid immediately via Paypal and in good faith. However, I am not able to receive the item, despite the tracking says it has been signed and delivered. I am aware that the tracking number the seller provided DO NOT contain any info about my address, nor the final destination of the good. Chances are that the seller simply shipped it to his friend/family, claimed that the good has arrived, and cheated on me. Here comes the fun part. Paypal denied my request - "This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." This is beyond ridiculous. They are making this decision based on a tracking code without my address on it. Seriously, Paypal? Here is the link Paypal provided to me for "Proof" - <removed> That is very interesting. It clearly states that the destination is UNKNOWN. Any suggestions, Paypal community?
