I purchased an item on a guest check out. My item was delivered via FedEx yesterday and signed for and given to an unknown person. I did not receive the item. How can I get a refund for the item? I thought that the FedEx driver is supposed to walk up to my door and have me sign for it. No one walked up to my door. I was home all day self-quarantining. I have a transaction id# <removed>.
