I seem not to find the chat? Where is it? My claim is ongoing since the start of October.. I have returned everything spending more money too and pay pal keeps delaying the resolution .. first was mud December, then before Christmas, the on 29 December, 6 January not date against moved to 10 January! Yes I have returned the item about a month ago. My expenses! Wrote numerous emails to pay pal and NOT one answer back! PayPal Has acknowledged I sent the item back and keeps Changing every couple of days The date to resolve the issue!!!!! So so annoyed! It’s never ending and I completely lost faith in pay pal!!

Exactly tolte same happened to me! And I returned the item which costed me $19!!!!! So I’m about $60 out of pocket! PayPal was supposed to close the dispute on December 2. Now they have postponed it with no date as they’re waiting again for the seller to respond!! I don’t know what about actually as I did everything even spending further money to send back that stupid 1$ item I received instead of my bartender set!!!! I feel scammed by PayPal too at this point!!

Glad for you. I did everything PayPal asked me and still did Not received my refund I’m not only out of pocket for the item I ordered, paid and never received, but also for money spent to return to China a stupid $1 item they sent instead.... PayPal has been useless to many so, That’s NOT good enough. Bottom line is that it looks they are in cocoon with this company... Will never recommend again and I’m getting out of it.

Absolutely agree So far pay pal has not been helpful and has protected this company even though it’s clear they are scamming too many people. We should you do something an be very vocal And go public! I am Seriously considering to go to the media. Their behaviour is completely unacceptable!

Pay pal forced to either return the crappy 1$ item or close the case.. I’m really starting thinking they’re in bed with this company as I never had Pay Pal being so unresponsive and uncollaborative with buyers... Anyway I paid the expenses to return the parcel with my own money and I am now waiting. I’ve done all they asked. Pay pal does not want to see what’s coming to them if they don’t refund me... I also have sent tens and tens of emails and complaints and linked PayPal to this forum Been going on since beginning of October.. I purchased on 16 September a bartender kit for my son as a Christmas present... can’t believe pay pal let these scammer operate without taking any action!! I am a victim of this scam too! Today I had to spend Further 19$ To send back the cheap and crappy item I received instead of my order. I find this unacceptable even by pay pal who have not been helpful at all in spite of all claims of fraud and scam this company is doing! will keep everyone posted if I get refunded . So far I guess none had this luck?

I have both addresses in Chinese and English The English one does not make sense and does not match the address listed in the package when I received the cheap item ( instead of the one I ordered) address to return says :<removed>So dodgy.... and so different from the one the pretend item was sent from... no wonder other packages we send back to this dodgy company we’re both received’ All this company does is a fraud and I’m too disappointed on PayPal for not taking serious action!!
