Well, I can't now because I have nothing in my PayPal balance, hence I can't repeat the transfer but I can send a screenshot of the email showing that there was a fee. The issue is that I had a "no fee option" and the in the email it says how much the fee was which was confusing! I'm new to the community I do not know how to send any attachments, and I barely figured how to reply. Let me know if you need the screenshot via email or here, and if here how. Thank you!
