Yep got the exact same issue with the exact same company and PayPal are doing the exact same thing - essentially protecting the scamming company and forcing me to be out of pocket for returning the item at my own cost and then again for the products which I'm sure the company has no plans on actually refunding me for. DO SOMETHING PAYPAL!

So I purchased some products a number of months back, they eventually turn up and they're completely the wrong products and it turns out from a Chinese company widely known for such issues. Immediately file a claim through PayPal - I just want my money back and the seller can have their incorrect goods back at their own expense and if all I have to suffer is the inconvenience of going through the process and not getting what I actually paid for, that is still to much. Seller offers half a refund, I reject it immediately. They eventually offer a full refund but I need to send the goods back at my own expense by a certain date which is impossible for me to do as I'm away on a family holiday and not back home before the due date to submit the tracking information which I'm not going to have anyway since I'm not going to pay to send these back unless the seller is going to rightly compensate me. Let alone that the whole full refund process rides on the word of the seller confirming the goods are in the same condition as they were sent in, something I am already sure they will not do in order to get out of the refund. There's no other option in the case to contact PayPal about any further issues or concerns I have over the case, where is the actual support for a buyer done wrong and who will be out of pocket through no fault of their own due to the process they (I am) are now locked into? Would greatly appreciate any help on the matter.
