I am very, very angry that Pay Pal puts up barriers when I am trying to get justice for fraud perpetrated against me ... Pay Pal won't let you lodge a dispute - a simple matter, like the WRONG goods delivered from China - without having to contact the seller first ... so I do that: I've already waited 9/10 weeks for the goods to arrive ... so sorry, delayed by COVID ... and then I write to them to complain that the wrong goods delivered ... so I'm waiting for a reply and then suddenly the "90 day" Pay Pal complaint period is over and I cannot do a bloody thing! when it is ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that there has been a mistake/fraud/whatever you want to call it, Play Pal should allow a dispute to be lodged IMMEDIATELY ... and, of course, to add insult to injury, Pay Pal does NOT have a place where I can vent ... they don't have a "contact us" email ... **bleep**! **bleep**! **bleep**!
