Hi everyone, I'm locked out of my PayPal account. I cannot go to the resolution center, contact a live agent or send an email because my old phone number needs to fill in a confirmation text. However, I don't have that number anymore since 3-4 years ago. How can I contact support when I can't login into my account, when I have to be in my account to ask for support? Would love some help.
