On the 22/10/2020 I requested for a card confirmation. I got an alert immediately from my bank but I didn’t see any confirmation mail. I was also charged $2 twice for the confirmation on the 22/10/2020. I just requested another code today and still got charged and yet no code. NON of the charges made to my account for confirmation of my card was refunded. Please how do i get a refund or the code.
