I would like to report a problem and I seem to find all doors being closed. It seems the pre-created options are limited and there is no way for me to report my particular problem. Is it not possible to e-mail and have a box within the portal, where I could write/ describe the problem? It seems the fewer options are available, the less way I could report a problem and the less work Paypal has to do. A plus point for the seller who tries to scam people I guess. No wonder everyone likes to sell using Paypal rather taking credit card payments! I understand we are under Covid 19, but is this really a reason not to allow other ways to report a problem?
