I am being scammed by someone that knows how to game the PayPal system. I ordered a $500 + dollar item. Seller didn't ship, no communication, so I started the PayPal process, escalating to a claim. Immediately the seller sent me a package, that contained junk. Because the seller "sent the item" my claim was denied and now I am unable to file a new one. I had previously reached out through chat to let them know what they sent, including photo evidence, but apparently nothing was done with that information.
