Thank you. Did as advised and managed to speak to a human and confirmed the details with the requested email .. and paypal did arrange the refund.. They have restored my faith in a company that do finally get things sorted..

Managed to get a human on the phone.. When the option sends you back to the main menu and asks how they can help just say "TALK TO A HUMAN" Paypal then requested a further email to confirm what I had already said and a refund was organised straight away.

Well after 3 phone calls and a further 2 emails sending yet more proof.. I can confirm PayPal have awarded in my favour and sent the refund .. So dont give up .. Thank you PayPal for seeing sense and doing the right thing 👏

Same company and same problem... Refund denied yet I sent a copy of email from the company saying it was wrong tracking details and a copy of email from royal mail saying the tracking details were not in my name or to my address. Yet paypal supports the seller getting money by deception

Same situation.. PayPal failed on dispute resolution because the company said it was sent and issued a tracking number.. yet I supplied an email from royal mail proving it was not sent to me and I never received it... A disgrace when they know the company is committing offences of obtaining money by deception and they still support them in it ..

How can paypal support a fraudulent seller... Goods were supposedly delivered.. False tracking details used ( this was confirmed by royal mail ) supplied a copy of the email to PayPal Yet PayPal award in favour of a company obtaining money by deception.. How is this possible?? And why can't you talk to a human being instead of the automated text service??

In the same situation... The seller emailed admitting that the tracking number is wrong.. Royal mail emailed confirming its not addressed to me.. Yet PayPal condone fraud and allowing people to obtain money by deception using their services.. Its a disgrace that no human interaction is involved... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER... NOW HAVING TO TRY VIA BANK TO SEE IF THEY MAY SUPPORT THE CLAIM... UK POLICE ALSO CANT BE BOTHERED ....
